Pointers
1. My day rate is currently set at $400 per day. Prices may vary depending on the project and work. Need a lower rate send an e-mail to me.
2. A deposit of 50% is normally required before work commences.
3. By separate arrangement, projects may be paid for in three equal stages –
an initial deposit, a second “midway” payment, followed by the final sum upon completion.
4. No other payment schedule, other than per diem, is acceptable.
5. All payment is to be paid via bank transfer or PayPal unless otherwise agreed.
6. As a sole trader, I do not currently charge VAT.
7. All work is copyright Hyena Labs and may not be used to create derivative works without express permission (eg using copy on a different website or for a different purpose than the one originally specified by the client). I retain the right to publish extracts of my work for the purposes of self-promotion (eg. in my portfolio), unless specifically prohibited by a signed non-disclosure agreement.
8. A contract will generally be signed before work is undertaken. When not working under specific contract, these terms and conditions apply to all work by default. Special conditions of contract may supercede these terms and conditions only by mutual agreement of both parties.
